About U7's
This is the first year of competitive matches. Players (boys & girls) have to be 6 years old before they are permitted to participate in matches. They play a non-contact form of the game, "Tag Rugby", with 7 players per side.
The aim of this age group is to introduce & develop basic skills such as catching, passing, tagging, running, evasion & scoring tries.

Coaching & matches take place on Sunday mornings from 10am to 12pm, unless otherwise stated.
